All prices are listed in Australian Dollars.

You confirm that these items are being purchased for personal or business use and are not being purchased for commercial resale.

fractalrpg.com is an online store and our primary means of communication with you is by the email address supplied during purchase. We will not be held responsible for any missed communication due to the supplied email address being incorrect. If you have more than one email address, please check all email accounts before contacting us.

Shipping

In-stock items will be ready to ship within 3 days. Items that are in pre-order or out of stock will have an email sent to you when they are ready for shipment.

All items that require physical shipment are sent via Parcel Post with Australia Post. The general delivery estimate is 5 days from postage, but this is not a guarantee.

Digital delivery is sent to the email that you provided during the purchase.

In some circumstances, alternate delivery methods may be offered such as a pick-up option. These methods may not always be available and are purely at our discretion.

Payment Methods

All payments must be made through the Paypal portal.

Cancellation Policies

There is a limited window in which cancellations can be arranged. Once shipment has been arranged, it is no longer possible to cancel.

If you need to cancel your purchase, please email contact@fractalrpg.com as soon as possble.

Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy does not limit the rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

Defective Items

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you have received an item that is incorrect, damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible from the time the delivery was made. We will require evidence of the issue as well as proof of purchase, and may require you to return the item for assessment.

We may provide means to return an item at no cost to you or an alternate remedy. If an item is required to be returned (at no cost) it must be packed securely with cardboard or bubble wrap protecting the item, packed to prevent movement inside the package and ensuring the package is firmly enclosed.

Change of Mind

Unfortunately, you are not entitled to a return for change of mind.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@fractalrpg.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@fractalrpg.com. Please do not send your purchase to the printer.

Digital Content

When purchasing Digital Content, the Customer acquires a non-exclusive license to access the Digital Content. We will provide a copy of the Digital Content by email. It is your responsibility not to lose, destroy or damage the Digital Content once received.

If you experience any difficulty accessing or using the Digital Content, or a technical issue, please reach out to contact@fractalrpg.com as soon as possible for assistance. In the event that the Digital Content is defective or faulty, you are entitled to a refund.

Terms of Use of Digital Content:

Digital Content may not be copied, shared or otherwise distributed.
Content is available for personal use only.
Applicable use is within relevant Laws.

The Publisher of the Digital Content reserves the right to enforce applicable Terms of Use relating to the Digital Content.

Purchasing the products provided on this website does not transfer any intellectual property or copyright to the purchaser.
