Shipping & Returns

We do not ship physical products outside of Australia

Unfortunately, we are not able to ship physical products outside of Australia. If you live abroad and are interested in a printed copy, you can get a copy through Barnes & Noble or through Amazon. You are still welcome to purchase a pdf copy through our store, through DriveThruRPG or through Itchio however.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within Australia using Australia Post. It can take up to three business days for a shipment to be ready for mailing, if the item is in stock. On occasion, other forms of delivery (such as a local pick up) may be offered at our discretion.

If a product is out of stock, it may take a couple of weeks to get products in stock and be ready for shipping. If you back-order an item, we will let you know when the item is ready for shipment.

Digital Shipping

Digital delivery is sent to the email address that you provided during the purchase. The link you receive enables you to download the book up to 10 times. If you run out of downloads, please contact us at contact@fractalrpg.com.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if an item we’ve sent you arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@fractalrpg.com and we can arrange a replacement.
