Fractal Roleplaying Game is committed to providing quality services to you and this policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your Personal Information.
We have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (the Privacy Act). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your Personal Information.

What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?
Personal Information is information or an opinion that identifies an individual. Examples of Personal Information we collect includes names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers and usage data.
This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including via our website fractalrpg.com, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing and maintaining our service (including monitoring), for the performance of purchase contracts for any products, items or services you have purchased from us, to contact you or provide you with news, special, offers and general information about us and to manage your requests to us. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

What is Usage Data and why do we collect it?
Usage data is data that is collected automatically, either generated by the use of the service or from the service infrastructure itself. We do not gather sensitive information, which is defined in the Privacy Act to include information or opinion about such things as an individual’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious or philosophical beliefs, membership of a trade union or other professional body, criminal record or health information.
Caching
This site utilises caching in order to facilitate a faster response time and better user experience. Caching potentially stores a duplicate copy of every web page that is on display on this site. All cache files are temporary, and are never accessed by any third party, except as necessary to obtain technical support from the cache plugin vendor. Cache files expire on a schedule set by the site administrator, but may easily be purged by the admin before their natural expiration, if necessary. Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comment form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. The comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
Forms
When visitors fill in forms on the site we collect the data shown in the form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Information submitted through the Contact Us form is kept for the duration of up to a month or the duration of our communication with you, whichever is longer. Information submitted in this way is not used for marketing purposes.
Information submitted through the Sign Up form is kept until you unsubscribe from the mailing list.
Information submitted during purchases are kept for at least 7 years, as required by law.

Children’s Privacy
Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
